I am an activist, mother, educator and healer.  I strive to support my community by offering services and education around herbalism and holistic wellness, sacred childbirth and postpartum, holistic parenting.  I enjoy offering my services in the Open Heart Economy, an economy of gift exchange, focusing on the joy of giving and receiving and honoring unique gifts, as well as differences, rather than the obligation.  In my work I seek to inspire, empower and educate people to use plants, song, whole foods and self-awareness on their individual healing journeys. I am co-owner of Tea for the People, LLC and co-founder of the Driftless Herbal Exchange Network.
